Plain-language nutrition education, built around real routines
We started Zavubo because too much nutrition content aimed at "athletes" is really written for competitors, or for selling something. We wanted a place for the rest of us: people who train, play, and move for reasons that have nothing to do with a podium.
Where the idea came from
The series began as a handful of informal video calls between a small group who wanted to understand hydration and pre-workout eating without wading through conflicting advice online. Those calls turned into a loosely structured curriculum, then into the webinar format you'll find today.
Nothing about the format is meant to feel like a sales pitch. There's no product tie-in, no branded shaker bottle waiting at the end. Just an hour, give or take, spent walking through one topic at a time with room for questions.
A few things we hold onto in every session
Education, Not Endorsement
We describe general concepts and common approaches. We don't recommend or promote specific brands, supplements, or meal plans.
No Performance Promises
Nutrition is one factor among many. We avoid suggesting that any habit guarantees a particular outcome or result.
Built for Beginners Too
You don't need prior nutrition knowledge or an athletic background to follow a session start to finish.
Respect for Individual Context
We regularly point out that personal health conditions, medications, and goals vary, and that a healthcare provider is the right resource for individual guidance.
Who puts each webinar together
Sessions are prepared and hosted by people with a background in nutrition education and community health programming. Each session is reviewed before publishing to keep the language general, the framing neutral, and the content free of specific product mentions or outcome claims.
