Zavubo Webinar Series

Rolling Sessions

New topics added throughout the year, at your own pace.

Why a webinar series, and why now

Most of what gets shared about sports nutrition online is aimed at competitive athletes chasing marginal gains, or it's tangled up in product marketing. Very little of it is written for someone who runs three mornings a week, plays weekend soccer, or just started lifting again after a long break.

Zavubo exists to fill that gap. Each webinar breaks down one piece of the puzzle, pre-workout eating, post-workout recovery, hydration, or general fueling, using everyday language and no assumptions about your fitness background.

What We Cover

Four foundations, explained without the jargon

Every webinar sits under one of these broad themes. None of them promise results. All of them aim to help the ideas click.

Simple pre-workout snack of banana, oats and water laid out on a wooden table

Pre-Workout Eating Habits

Timing, portion sense, and how different foods tend to sit before movement. We talk through general patterns, not one-size-fits-all rules.

Hydration Strategies

Why fluid needs shift with heat, duration, and effort. We cover basic hydration thinking for everyday sessions, not clinical protocols.

Post-Workout Recovery

A look at general recovery eating patterns people use after training, and why "the window" is more flexible than it sounds.

Fueling Recreational Activity

Basics for weekend rides, casual runs, rec leagues, and everyday movement. Built for people, not for competition schedules.
